October 24th 2017
This fireball, registered within the SMART Project framework and happened last October 24th 2017, at 23:37 local time (21:37 UT) flew in front of Almería’s coast. The object was registered with SMART detectors located at Calar Alto (Almería) and La Sagra (Granada) observatories, together with one of the Calar Alto Observatory webcams pointing to southeast.
September 12th 2017
This bright fireball flew over Cáceres and Toledo provinces (south-center of Spain) at 3:35 local time (1:35 UT) of last September 12th. This object could be recorded from SMART Project's detectors operated at Calar Alto, La Hita, Sevilla and Huelva observatories. As well, the fireball could be registered with the Calar Alto Observatory west surveillance webcam.
August 21th 2017
This fireball could be observed last August 21th 2017 at 00:41:11 UT (02:41:11 local time). Although there are not enough reliable data in order to estimate the speed, its atmospheric path could be determined.

The image on the left is a summary of the Perseids meteor activity during the night of August 12th to 13th, coinciding with the maximum activity of this event.
August 5th 2017
About 3:12 local time (1:12 UT) of August 5th, SMART Project’s detectors and two of the Calar Alto Observatory external surveillance webcams registered a fireball that flew above Mediterranean Sea. This event was recorded with the SMART Project’s detectors operated at Calar Alto, La Sagra, Huelva, La Hita and Sevilla Observatories, as well as the above mentioned Calar Alto observatory external surveillance webcams. At the top left of the image, the emission spectrum lines of this object can be seen.
