This fireball passed over the Mediterranean sea on August 4th, 2014 at 22:22:04 UT.  This is the first object observed with the new fireballs detection station that Prof. José María Madiedo in collaboration with Calar Alto, installed at this observatory.

This was a little fireball over Sierra Nevada that crossed the sky on 13 July, 2014. The light you can see on the image and on the video is the moonlight. Read on for the video.

This courious phenomenon took place on June 2nd, 2014, just after midnight. With a magnitude of -12 ± 2, this bright object crossed the whole camera field of view. It was observed in different parts of Andalucia, Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha and Murcia. 

Initially, it was considered the possibility of an earthgrazer that crossed the atmosphere upper layers and continue travelling on space. But, was it really that? If you want to know what was this object in fact, and see the complete video sequence, please read on...
