During the last days of October and the first days of November, a large number of these meteors are being recorded in our skies.
In this article, we will analyze those registered by the SMART Project detectors and by external cameras during the night of November 1st.
Fireball at 20h49 UT
Type of event: Asteroidal- Initial speed: 116.000 km/h
 - Initial altitude: 105 km
 - Final altitude: 61 km
 - SMART Station that registered the fireball: Calar Alto (Almería), La Hita (Toledo), Sierra Nevada (Granada), La Sagra (Granada), Mazagón (Huelva) and Seville.

As shown in the right picture, this fireball happened above Córdoba and Seville provinces in south Spain.
Videos from external cameras operated at Calar Alto Observatory:
Fireball at 20h55 UT
Analysis pending.
Below are the videos registered with the external cameras of Calar Alto observatory in Almería.
Fireball at 21h50 UT
In fact, at this time (with a second of difference) two fireballs were observed. Please see that there is a near-parallel to the main one trace between the clouds (left-bottom) in the left picture.
The preliminary analysis of the main fireball carried out by Professor José María Madiedo (Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia IAA-CSIC), Principal Investigator of the SMART Project, has concluded the following:
Type of event: cometary (comet 2P/Encke)- Initial speed: 101.000 km/h
 - Initial altitude: 95 km
 - Final altitude: 41 km
 - Stations that recorded the event: Calar Alto (Almería), Huelva, La Hita (Toledo), Sierra Nevada (Granada), La Sagra (Granada), Otura (Granada) and Seville.

Below are the videos registered with the external cameras of Calar Alto observatory in Almería.
Calar Alto (CAHA) fireball detection station, together with the one at the Observatory of Sierra Nevada (IAA-CSIC) and others placed at different locations in Spain, are part of the S.M.A.R.T. project led by Professor José María Madiedo (IAA) to track that kind of objects. Specifically, Calar Alto (CAHA) station and the one at Sierra Nevada (IAA-CSIC) constitute a collaboration agreement between the IAA researcher José María Madiedo and both institutions.
