March 15, 2001: Deadline for submission of observing proposals for the autumn semester (beginning of July to end of December). Please note it is planned to make a major modification of the dome of the 3.5m-telescope - pending financial support from the Max Planck Society - during the period of mid of July to mid of October. If approved, there will be no observations possible during this period. Final decision is expected by beginning of March.
