Online Data Reduction Tools:

p3d_online	GUI for controlling the P3d online data reduction
p3d_bias	models a bias image from a noisy bias raw frame
p3d_bias_file	same as p3d_bias, but reads a file from the disk and writes the resulting bias model to the disk
p3d_trace	creates a tracemask from a PMAS flatfield image
p3d_trace_file	same as p3d_trace, but reads a file from disk and writes the resulting tracemask to the disk
p3d_extract	extract the spectra from a PMAS raw frame
p3d_extract_file	same as p3d_extract, but reads a file from disk and writes the resulting extracted image to the disk

 

Display Tools:

tele	displays a 2D image with selectable colour cut levels and with arbitrary size of the displayed image
telescl	same as tele but setting the cut levels to the minimum and maximum pixel value
viewer	widget based image display and tool for plotting image columns and rows
scancube	widget based cube display. Shows monochromatic images with selectable wavelength
monolook	complex cube display tool for displaying monochromatic images, plotting spectra of certain spatial elements and sky subtraction
cube_viewer	same as monolook, but more comfortable through widget based interface.
focus	widget based tool for analysing the spectrograph focus
imfocus	analysing tool for controlling the telescope focus via 3D data
mosaic	interactive tool for combining 3D mosaic cubes
trace_inspector	viewer tool for inspecting spectra traces
