hbar builds on top of Tcl/Tk to provide users with a large number of commands that allow the manipulation of data arrays, efficient algorithm computation, information display, etc. This chapter provides a description of each command that hbar adds to Tcl/Tk. We refer to these commands as the atomic functions.
